Jacob was born 15/11/2011 st 2:46pm weighing 7lb 13oz and was delivered by c section as I had two previous.... everything went well and had no problems... His older sister and brother loved him. They were always helping with feeding, changing and playing with him. H ealways made a sweet noise to attract there attention so they would go up to him and play. Then tragically on the 11/04/2012 Jacob fell asleep in his bonucer chair and never woke up. Our world fell apart round us. Our baby was taken away from us for no reason and no one knows why. He is missed dearly and I hate that he is not with us... My world is so empty without him here... My only bit of light I have is the memories that we have shared with him and that he is looking down on me and that I know he is my guardian angel watching over me and my family. I miss you so much baby Jacob. Wish you were still here in my arms xxxx
